About me

Education Background

Victoria, in one word is simple. A humble lovely lady born in the great county of Siaya. A lady raised by a single mother and nurtured to excellence.Primary school, I attended Ngiya Mixed and St. Teresa's Girls primary school where i accrued 389 marks in the final exam. I proceeded to high school in St. George's Girls High School Nairobi for four years where I attained a mean grade of A-. I later on joined JKUAT for my undergraduate degree in Statistics . I am currently pusuing a software devlopment course in Moringa school.

Job Experience

Being a recent garduate, I have only had the opportunity to work one significant place, that is, KYEOP, which is a program within the Ministry of Innovation, ICT and Youth Affairs. I work as an intern in the department of Monitoring and Evaluation as a data analyst.So far it has been a great experience.

Why Programming?

Since I joined my Statistics class, I developed an interest in programming. The course specialized in data analysis languages such as R and Object Oriented Programming. This made me yearn for more, therefore i took the chance to join Moringa School to further my interest in programming.

Current interests, hobbies and skills

Call me Victoria the explorer. I love to explore, i enjoy adventures so much and will always take every opportunity do so.I am very good in Netball when it comes to sports as well as hockey. I am also very skilled in making chapatis.
